The general purpose Flowline Commander multi-channel controller has power and functionality for a wide range of monitoring and control applications.
The Flowline Commander multi-channel controller has a graphic display for better process and machine visualization. The LCD displays engineering units, relay, and span status for each channel. The ¼ DIN enclosure has a NEMA 4X faceplate and a 35mm rail mount. The Flowline Commander multi-channel controller is also compatible with MicroSD ™ removable memory cards (not included). Capable of 1 GB of storage, this additional memory can store process data, machine recipes, and application files. A simulation mode makes configuration testing and troubleshooting easy.
The Flowline Commander multi-channel controller has four 4-20mA transmitter input channels and 6 programmable relays. Users can select from one of three run modes: 1) multi-tank with 4 inputs and four relays; 2) Pump control with 1 input and 6 relays for lift stations including duplexing; or 3) Differential level with 2 inputs and 4 relays for municipal screen or rake control. Each relay can be configured on a single set point or latched on two set points for automatic fill or empty control.
